THE EVENT
The Grint Welcomes you to the Championship at Biltmore.

The Biltmore is located in the heart of Coral Gables in South Florida. It is home to the iconic Biltmore Hotel and the course plays host of the prestigious Junior Orange Bowl Championships.

We invite you to a wonderful day of golf, at a great venue and with a group of people who love the game of golf.

We hope to see you very soon and we will keep announcing many more surprises to come.

REGISTRATION
Registration Begins: November 10th, 2014

Entry Fee: $120

The entry fee includes Range Balls, Cart Fees, Tournament fees and Prizes.

We are happy to announce that we are partnering with Hogar Bambi. TheGrint will donate $10 on behalf of every player who enters the event.

Players will need to provide a valid Handicap index. Please sign up at www.thegrint.com and get your free official handicap.

Individual Stroke Play in separate flights.

Flights:
1st Flight
0 – 7.9 Handicap Index® (Black Tees)

2nd flight
8.0 to 15.9 Handicap Index® (Blue Tees)

3rd flight
17.0 and up Handicap Index® (White Tees)

Prizes:
1st and 2nd place Gross and 1st place Net per flight will receive Trophy and Prizes

SCHEDULE
Tuesday 16th:

6:30 PM: Welcome Cocktail at Juvia Restaurant. Juvia is located at 1111 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Please visit www.juviamiami.com for more info.

Wednesday 17th: Check in will begin at 9:30 am. First tee time will be at 10:30 am.

The award ceremony will be held after all the players from the same flight have arrived.

Biltmore Hotel and Golf Course

Biltmore:

The Biltmore Golf Course was designed in 1925 by Donald Ross, a transplanted Scotsman who was the pre-eminent golf designer of his era. The course, acknowledged as one of the finest resort layouts in the South, has always attracted dignitaries, movie stars and sport luminaries. Variety, strategy and naturalness are the most consistent traits in a Ross design. With its 2007 restoration by architect Brian Silva, the Biltmore Golf Course once again embodies these characteristics.

The sprawling fairways are rich and lush with 18 holes and 6,800 yards and facility features include a pro shop, golf instruction and numerous golf programs and packages.

WEATHER POLICY:
Severe weather-related conditions may delay or suspend play. Such conditions are as fallows:

The safety of the player due to the danger from lighting
The course being deemed unplayable (as determined by the host course)

If such inclement weather is present, every effort will be made by the tournament committee to get in the full number of prescribed holes. If play is delayed, all players should remain on property at the host facility and await official announcements from the tournament committee.

If 9 Holes of Tournament play is completed it will be considered an official tournament. While the tournament committee will do everything possible to get in the full number of holes, there will be no refunds should inclement weather shorten the event.

PRACTICE ROUNDS:

Will be available during the week of the tournament. The rate for the practice round will be 75 dollars. Please mention that you will be participating in TheGrint Tour event. You can contact the Pro Shop at 305-460-5364

CANCELATION POLICY:

A 25$ cancellation fee will be charged if a player cancels prior to December 12th, 2014 No refund will be credited after December 13th, 2014. No cancellation fee will apply if player finds another player to replace him on the event.
